Privacy policy. Plain words, no surprises.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).

The things you save: links, photos, videos, notes, files and the previews we make for them.

Basic usage data, like which features you use and when the app has an error, so we can fix bugs and improve wunderso.

If you join the beta list: your email address and when you signed up.

If you use our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you pick and your message.

We use your IP address briefly to stop spam and abuse of our forms. We don’t save it with what you send us.

How we use it

To run wunderso: storing your cards, building previews, and making your saves searchable, including text inside photos.

To keep your account secure and to contact you about your account, the beta or important changes.

To email you when the beta opens, if you joined the list, and to reply to you, if you wrote to us. Writing to us doesn’t add you to the beta list.

We don’t use your saves to train AI models, and we don’t show you ads.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information.

We never share your saves with advertisers or data brokers.

We never make your saves public unless you choose to share them.

Who we share it with

A small number of trusted providers help us run wunderso, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and error tracking. They only process data on our behalf and under strict agreements.

Today, Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions, Resend delivers contact form messages to us, and Google Workspace runs our inbox.

The app demo on our home page loads some files, like fonts and sample images, from outside services, which can see your IP address when they load.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, and we’ll tell you when we’re allowed to.

Keeping it safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access inside our team is limited to the people who need it to keep the service running.

No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong we’ll tell you quickly and clearly.

Your choices

Export everything you’ve saved at any time from Settings.

Delete individual items, a whole space, or your entire account. Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days, then they’re gone for good.

Turn off product emails whenever you like.

Want off the beta list, or want a message you sent us deleted? Email hello@wunderso.com and we’ll remove it.

We keep beta list emails until the beta opens and we’ve let you know, then delete them. We keep contact form messages for 12 months, then delete them.

Cookies

We use a few essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes and contact

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we’ll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
